Spiritual Wellness Counseling Session with Holistic Modalities

Leneé Braxton, D.PSc, M.S., RYT is a Licensed Diplomat of Pastoral Science & Medicine (License #L4377796).  She applies principles embraced by Pastoral Science and Medicine to assist her clients in restoring health and maintaining overall mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Spiritual wellness counseling may include the active practice of religion and prayer, but it also embraces broader concepts of hope, purpose in life and feelings of peace.

Leneé can be booked for private, semi-private, or small group sessions in the client's office or virtually via Zoom.  When practiced with consistency, Leneé’s Pilates and Yoga sessions will help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and increase endurance.

Performance Enhancement and Integrative Sport Counseling

Leneé Braxton, D.PSc, M.S., RYT offers Performance Enhancement sessions on-location and via video conference.  Sessions include Integrative Sport Counseling, Mental Skills Training, Ayurveda, Energy Healing, and Hypnosis for optimal performance.  Leneé's Performance Enhancement client roster includes actors, athletes, corporate executives, dancers, musicians, and sports teams.

If practiced with consistency, Leneé’s Pilates and Yoga sessions will help clients to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase endurance.  Leneé can be booked for private, semi-private, or small group sessions at Resolution Fitness located in the luxurious 191 Peachtree Street Bldg. in Downtown Atlanta.
